I processed an exchange, when will my new item ship?
If you processed an exchange through our return portal, your new item will ship as soon as your returned item receives it's initial scan by the carrier.
When will I see my refund?
While this is completely up to your bank, most refunds are processed as soon as your item is returned to our warehouse. Refunds usually come through in 1-2 business days.
