How do I process a return?

Flylow gladly accepts returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the order date. Feel free to try on in your living room but if it&apos;s been to Apres, we can&apos;t take it back. Please be sure to zip and fold up your gear in it&apos;s packaging. It helps our team out immensely, and it&apos;s good karma points for you!&#xA0; Please note there is a $11.49 charge shown as a handling fee. This is for your return shipping label, but we offer free shipping on all exchanges! All packages are reviewed manually upon return. Our team will process your return within a week of it arriving at our fulfillment center. Once processed refunds can take several business days to show in your account. *Items with a red &quot;Final Sale&quot; tag are not eligible for return

What is Flylow's return policy?

If you processed an exchange through our return portal, your new item will ship as soon as your returned item receives it&apos;s initial scan by the carrier.

I processed an exchange, when will my new item ship?

While this is completely up to your bank, most refunds are processed within a week of being delivered to our fulfillment center. Refunds usually come through in 1-2 business days once processed on our end.&#xA0;

When will I see my refund?

You will need to process each of these separately on the return portal and use each separate label to send back your items. If you combine multiple orders in one bag please alert our team prior to sending them back.&#xA0; Combined returns will not be processed unless our team is notified.&#xA0;

What if I have to return items from multiple orders?

Cool friends! Just process a gift return request in our portal and someone from our team will get back to you.&#xA0; Please note: We can not take back items purchased from any of our retailers.
