Feel free to try on in your living room, but if it&apos;s been used on a storm day or worn in the bar after skiing, we can&apos;t take it back. (Sorry.) Please be sure to zip and fold up your gear in its packaging. It helps our team out immensely, and it&apos;s good karma points for you.&#xA0;Please note there is a $11.49 charge shown as a handling fee. This is for your return shipping label, but we offer free shipping on all exchanges.&#xA0;All packages are reviewed manually upon return. Our team will process your return within a week of it arriving at our fulfillment center. Once processed refunds can take several business days to show in your account.*Items with a red &quot;Final Sale&quot; tag or those bought through the Pro Program are not eligible for return.

I processed an exchange, when will my new item ship?

Returns and exchanges MUST be initiated with the link below and using the prepaid shipping label provided. If they are not initiated through the link or without the label, our warehouse will have no record of the return and cannot process it- you will NOT be refunded. Your return will be processed within a week of being received at our fulfillment center.Please note, returns must be shipped from their state of origin. While this is completely up to your bank, most refunds are processed within a week of being delivered to our fulfillment center. Refunds usually come through in 1-2 business days once processed on our end.&#xA0;Please note that Holidays and weekends are not including and busy seasons can cause up to an additional week of processing time.
