Returns and exchanges MUST be initiated with the link below or going to https://returns.flylowgear.com/ and using the prepaid shipping label provided. If they are not initiated through the link or without the label, our warehouse will have no record of the return and cannot process it- you will NOT be refunded.
Most returns are processed 7-14 business days from arriving back at our fulfillment center. Please note that holidays and peak ski season may affect return times. You will always receive an email once your return is processed.
Please note, returns must be shipped from their state of origin. If for some reason, you need to ship a return from a state other than where your order was placed, please reach out to us directly.
