How do I process a return?Updated 10 days ago

Returns and exchanges MUST be initiated with the link below and using the prepaid shipping label provided. If they are not initiated through the link or without the label, our warehouse will have no record of the return and cannot process it- you will NOT be refunded. Your return will be processed within a week of being received at our fulfillment center.

Please note, returns must be shipped from their state of origin. If for some reason, you need to ship a return from a state other than where your order was placed, please reach out to us directly.
