How do I process a return?Updated a day ago
Returns and exchanges MUST be initiated with the link below and using the prepaid shipping label provided. If they are not initiated through the link or without the label, our warehouse will have no record of the return and cannot process it- you will NOT be refunded. Your refund will be processed once our team manually reviews your return. This usually happens within 1-2 business days. During holidays this can take up to 1 week.
