What is Flylow's return policy?Updated 2 days ago

Flylow gladly accepts returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the order date. Feel free to try on in your living room but if it's been to Apres, we can't take it back. Please be sure to zip and fold up your gear in it's packaging. It helps our team out immensely, and it's good karma points for you! 

Please note there is a $11.49 charge shown as a handling fee. This is for your return shipping label, but we offer free shipping on all exchanges!

All packages are reviewed manually upon return. Your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days of your package arriving. During our busier seasons this can take up to 1 week.
