Help, my item arrived damaged!Updated a year ago

We're so sorry something went wrong in getting your gear to you, whether damaged in transit, or with a defect, it's not how we want to introduce ourselves to your closet. 

Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order number and some photos of your gear and we will set up a return authorization for you. Please do not process it through our normal return portal as it will charge you for return shipping.
