Woohoo! You ordered some new gear, that&apos;s really exciting. As a small team we work to ship orders as speedily as possible, so most orders will go out within 2 business days. This does not include weekends (we like to ski too!). If you order something with FedEx 2-day or overnight shipping we will make sure it ships the same day or following business day if processed on the weekend.&#xA0;Please note: We are the same size team year round, so that means things like holidays and big storms can cause delays. How Do I... Know When Will My Order Ship

We&apos;re super stoked you&apos;re on your way out there! We recommend only using FedEx (not USPS) if you&apos;re in a hurry. USPS is for delivery primarily to P.O. Boxes and does guarantee arrival dates. If you&apos;re unsure about your packages timely arrival, please reach out to us before placing your order.Please note we are not here on the weekends and all estimates are within business days. Overnight shipping will ship same day if placed before 2 pm. Any orders with overnight shipping placed after 2 pm will ship the following business day.&#xA0;

How Do I... Get My Gear Quick?

A quick rundown on where we can ship internationally.

We currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada. Once an international address is entered at checkout, shipping options will be available. Most international orders take a few weeks to arrive so keep that in mind when placing your order. Feel free to reach out if you&apos;re unsure if something will arrive on time or if shipping options are not populating for your address.&#xA0;PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY ABLE TO SHIP TO CANADA, outside of the U.S. We hope to be able to serve all international customers again soon!

How Do I... Ship Something Outside of the U.S.

We totally understand! Please keep in mind that weather delays or other events in your area can cause a lag in movement. Maybe your local team just won the Super Bowl and blocked your street or you just got two feet of fresh pow (lucky you!) Either way, please email us at <a href="mailto:info@flylowgear.com">info@flylowgear.com</a> after a few days of non-movement and we will reach out to the carrier for you!&#xA0;

How Do I... Find My Stalled Package?

We recommend checking with your neighbors, roommates and friends to see if anyone brought your gear in for you. If you don&apos;t see it or hear from the kind folks in your neighborhood for 3 business days, let us know at info@flylowgear.com, and we will reach out to the carrier for you!

How Do I... Find My Missing Delivered Package?

My package or gear arrived damaged. Can you assist?

Sorry to hear your item got damaged en route. Please send photos of the package as it arrived, its contents and your packing slip to our customer service team at info@flylowgear.com. They will be on it right away to help you out, and file a claim with the carrier. If your package wasn&apos;t damaged but the item you received was, or the item was defective, please &#xA0;include a photo of the item and your packing slip. Sorry for the trouble, we&apos;ll get this squared away as soon as possible.&#xA0;

We all know the phrase, &quot;Know before you go.&quot;Your order can not be edited once placed. If you notice an error on your order, please reach out to us immediately after placing the order.&#xA0;While we are unable to make any changes to your order, our team may be able to catch it in time to cancel it so you can try again.&#xA0;
