If something you have done accidentally has caused damage we will gladly work with you to have your garment repaired based on the pricing structure below, or replaced for a discount. Items purchased at a discount via Pro-Form or through team orders are not entitled to the same repair policy as retail customer purchases. Those warranty issues will be evaluated on a case by case basis, and may incur a nominal fee. What if I'm not sure something is covered?

Once they are sent to our repair shop, we typically see the item back in 4-6 weeks. During our busiest season, warranties can take up to 8 weeks so keep that in mind before sending us your only pants!</p>

What is the average time line for repair?

<h2 id="dont-ski-in-jeans"><strong>Don&apos;t Ski in Jeans!</strong></h2><p>With any warranty, you are welcome to send it in whenever it&apos;s convenient for you. We recommend reaching out as soon as you notice any damage so we can assess it right away, but it won&apos;t void your warranty if you want to stay knee deep in powder with your gear a little longer.</p>

These are my only pants! Can I wait and send them in later?

<h2 id="so-fresh-and-so-clean"><strong>So Fresh and So Clean</strong></h2><p>First, sounds like you had an awesome day! Second, we have a few crowd sourced ideas for stains on technical gear. Please keep in mind that these are all just suggestions, and we can not guarantee this will improve the look of your gear, proceed at your own risk. Some folks think a combo of baking soda and water is good (make sure to spot treat somewhere inconspicuous to test), leave it on over night and rinse in the morning. Some folks have had luck with lemon essential oil on grease, just a small bit at a time. Oxi clean can work but use it sparingly and definitely spot test first! We also highly recommend your local gear shop, seriously. Our gear shops are filled with folks who have been through it all, and probably have some good advice, or at least can commiserate.</p>

I got lift grease, chicken wing sauce and coffee stains on my gear, help!

<h2 id="we-like-to-bike-too"><strong>We Like to Bike Too!</strong></h2><p>Woohoo! Welcome to mud season. After a good clean (see above!) we recommend keeping your winter gear hanging in a temperature-controlled closet (aka indoors). We also highly recommend making sure your cinch cords are not pulled tight, keeping them tightened causes unnecessary stress on the elastic and can speed up the degradation of the cord. Clear out all snacks so the critters stay away, and check all zippers and moving parts, just in case you need to fix anything while you&apos;re not using it!</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
