<h2 id="isPasted">Warranty Policy</h2>Flylow guarantees the quality of all products for the practical lifespan of the item. Defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the Flylow team.We are currently accepting requests for items from 2018 and newer.&#xA0;If your product arrived to you with a defect please reach out to <a href="mailto:info@flylowgear.com">info@flylowgear.com</a> for a return authorization.&#xA0;We do not take any walk-ins for drop offs or warranties.&#xA0;*Please note that these instructions are for items that fall under our warranty. If you are reaching out to request a repair, please see&#xA0;<a href="https://support.flylowgear.com/en-US/flylow-repairs-1098210">this article</a>If you are unsure please reach out to us at <a>warranty@flylowgear.com</a>Typical manufacturer warranty issues that will be covered include zipper failure (within one year of ownership), buckle/snap failure, seam taping, stitching issues etc. This does not include tears in fabric from impacting trees, rocks, skis, icy parking lots or other sharp objects, standing to close to a bonfire, cigarette or other burn holes (for those issues, please refer to our repair guidelines here: If something you have done accidentally has caused damage we will gladly work with you and ask that you refer to our repair guidelines here. Any gear that you would like repaired can be sent directly to our repair shop. Here's how to do that.

We hope you took the time to read through our warranty policy.&#xA0;Any gear that you would like repaired can be sent directly to our repair shop by using the forms at the bottom of this page. If your repair is covered, we will pay your return shipping. If not you can include a prepaid label or pay the repair shop shipping charge.<h3 id="what-if-i-dont-qualify-for-warranty-coverage">What if I don&apos;t qualify for warranty coverage?</h3>We are happy to facilitate the repair of your garment for a small fee. You&apos;re welcome to reach out prior to sending in your gear if you have any questions. If you find the pricing at our repair shop too high, we&apos;re happy to recommend other options!<h3 id="do-i-have-to-send-my-gear-in-right-away">Do I have to send my gear in right away?</h3>With any warranty, you are welcome to send it in whenever it&apos;s convenient for you. We recommend reaching out as soon as you notice any damage so we can assess it right away, but it won&apos;t void your warranty if you want to stay knee deep in powder with your gear a little longer.
