How do I know I qualify for warranty?

What do I do if I know I'm covered?
Please follow the instructions on the warranty coverage page, our Gear Restore team will reach out to you when your gear is received!
NOTE: Any form sent to our repair shop without an RA will automatically be billed to you. If you think you qualify for a repair covered by us, please reach out first. Cost of repairs can be found here
Am I responsible for shipping?
We ask that you cover shipping to our repair shop. If your repair is covered, we will pay your return shipping. If not you can include a prepaid label or pay the repair shop shipping charge.
What if I don't qualify for warranty coverage?
We are happy to facilitate the repair of your garment for a small fee. You can find more information for that here. You're welcome to reach out prior to sending in your gear if you have any questions. If you find the pricing at our repair shop too high, we're happy to recommend other options!
Do I have to send my gear in right away?
With any warranty, you are welcome to send it in whenever it's convenient for you. We recommend reaching out as soon as you notice any damage so we can assess it right away, but it won't void your warranty if you want to stay knee deep in powder with your gear a little longer.
