Flylow gladly accepts returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the order date. Feel free to try on in your living room, but if it's been used on a storm day or worn in the bar after skiing, we can't take it back. (Sorry.) Please be sure to zip and fold up your gear in its packaging. It helps our team out immensely, and it's good karma points for you. 

Please note there is a $11.49 charge shown as a handling fee. This is for your return shipping label, but we offer free shipping on all exchanges. 

All packages are reviewed manually upon return. Our team will process your return within a week of it arriving at our fulfillment center. Once processed refunds can take several business days to show in your account.

*Items with a red "Final Sale" tag or those bought through the Pro Program are not eligible for return.
