We're just as bummed as you are that something may have gone wrong with your gear. We hope you took the time to read through our warranty policy. 

You can download our warranty PDF at any time, fill it out completely, and mail your gear to:

Please be sure to include all necessary paperwork so we can guarantee your item gets the special treatment it deserves! You can find our warranty form here: Warranty Form PDF

OUR CURRENT REPAIR TIME ON AVERAGE IS 6-8 WEEKS.

Please note, items are repaired or replaced at our teams discretion. If you send in an item that does not qualify for repair, our team will reach out about other options! We highly recommend considering a visit to our Leftover Land gear trade in page (https://flylowleftoverland.com/) as well before sending in older gear. As of right now, our team will repair or review anything from 2014 and newer. 

If you are located in Canada, please reach out prior to sending in your gear.

Please do not send gloves in for warranty. Email us at [email protected] with some photos and we will help you get those digits toasty again!

While we ask that you cover the shipping of your item to us, we will always ship it back to you for free!
